Wellbeing in Nature, Open day,
Trips and Residentials
We have a monthly day trip out, sometimes away from the city, to walk, or swim, or just enjoy the surroundings, sometimes in cultural places like museums, temples, or historic buildings.
We sometimes experience things we may not normally experience, such as forest bathing, or meditation. We also try to go further afield twice a year, to experience more of a retreat, or an outdoor short break.
All of these activities are designed with wellbeing in mind, whether they simply help us slow down and breathe, or tap into our creative needs, our desire to be immersed in nature, to eat well or to move, think, or take part in ways we aren’t perhaps used to, in places we might be unfamiliar with.
These are open to anyone who accesses our wider wellbeing program.
