8 Week Wellbeing Programme
The Ripple runs an 8 week group work course to improve your wellbeing,
we look at a different topic each week such as:
Understanding stress and anxiety
Challenging negative thinking patterns
Mindfulness, sleep, nutrition, building resilience
Connection to nature
and we’ll be with you every step of the way.
