8 Week Wellbeing Programme

The Ripple runs an 8 week group work course to improve your wellbeing,
we look at a different topic each week such as:

  • Understanding stress and anxiety

  • Challenging negative thinking patterns

  • Mindfulness, sleep, nutrition, building resilience

  • Connection to nature

    and we’ll be with you every step of the way.
