Yoga

We provide inclusive, friendly community yoga which is open to everyone. Classes are free to those who need them to be free, or by donation for those who wish to contribute. No need to book but if you haven’t been before please call Cat 07510 521759 in advance of attending you first session.

Classes run on:

Mondays 1.30pm to 2.30pm

Wednesdays 12.30pm to 1.30pm
